Revamped!

In a Town Such as This is now A Town So Blighted. It doubles down on the setting elements, now taking place within the Noli, while still allowing for character customization. It is now incorporated into my Swellbloom Kids universe, with elements of Philippine folklore included as part of the characters’ power sets.
